The county's equalization report is essentially a mass appraisal of all property within the Washtenaw County jurisdiction for the purpose of equalizing values to assure that each taxpayer is bearing a fair share of the tax load. This graph is also indicates that, exponentially year by year, more people have moved their businesses and living arrangements into Washtenaw County to take advantage of the welcoming quality of life offered in Washtenaw County.
